We are looking for a highly driven and entrepreneurial commercial Marketing Manager to drive the growth of Agriconnect events including but not limited to LAMMA, CropTec, British Farming Awards and our Rural show potfolio. The ideal candidate will be an experienced marketer with a proven track record of successfully managing B2B lead generation and lead nurture campaigns through a variety of marketing channels. The Commercial Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting the sales and marketing strategy for our flagship exhibitions and the development and execution of lead nurture and qualification campaigns focused on increasing prospect readiness for the sales team.
The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable about B2B lead generation, the various lead stages, and actions to nurture leads.
This role spans customer success and working in partnership with the wider marketing and events team to ensure that a clients experience with us is of the highest standard from their first touch-point to their last.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support strategy, development, and optimisation of integrated marketing campaigns in order to accelerate lead readiness for sales teams.
- Own the creation of digital marketing programs to generate qualified leads at scale across several audience segments.
- Work across a dynamic team of stakeholders to help define, develop, and implement integrated campaign strategies
- Partner with external agencies in support of campaign asset creation and execution.
- Dive deep into data with reports and dashboards to provide visibility into campaign results, and effectiveness.
- Provide clear and concise documentation for stakeholder teams that outline strategy, tactics, goals, and performance for campaigns.
About You:
- Extensive experience in B2B Marketing, preferably demand generation and/or lead management
- Experience working with marketing tools including email, CRM, and marketing automation platforms; such as Pardot and Salesforce
- Experience with email marketing
- Experience tying marketing programs to ROI metrics
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Superior oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail
- Target and results driven
- Ability to thrive in a self-service environment
